Testimonial:
A few years ago my hearing was failing and it became necessary to seek professional help. I saw an Ear, Nose, and Throat medical doctor and he suggested I see a hearing aid specialist. I took his recommendation and received a hearing evaluation and purchased a pair of hearing aids. I quickly learned that there are dishonest hearing aid dispensers when one of the hearing aids failed and the dealer refused to honor the written warranty. I had to pay for the repair but did receive a refund after much trouble and my threatened court action to the manufacturer. Needless to say, I did not go back to that dealer. I tried several others and found that they were something less than honest and straight forward. I was discouraged and skeptical and needed help and again, I went to Montezuma Hearing Clinic. It was a pleasant surprise to find honest people in the hearing aid business. There were no high pressure sales, and after a thorough hearing test evaluation, I was told of the various options available to improve my impaired hearing. I selected new hearing devices and upon delivery and adjustment, I was told if they were not satisfactory or if I did not like them for any reason I could return them for a full refund (within the specified time). My advice is that people should be very cautious of advertised deals by hearing aid dispensers and be very selective where they go for help for impaired hearing. The staff at Montezuma Hearing are truly honest professionals in every sense of the word. They provide quick and reliable repairs when needed, often times with no charge. - Del Denney, Dolores
